REGISTRATION
REQUIRED THINGS TO BRING OR KNOW
when you register your team with Edmond Amateur Softball Association
- Money – Payment is necessary at the time of registration. If partial sponsor – bring a check from the sponsor and one other check (collect fees from individuals and have someone write one check for the non-sponsored money). If a non-sponsored team – collect fees from individuals and have someone write one check for the entry fee or bring cash.
- Payable to: Edmond ASA or EASA.
- Team name – We must know the name your team will use.
- Names, addresses and telephone numbers (home, work & cell) of your coach and assistant coach. These names and numbers will be used if needed to contact the team during the season. These should be people that can be reached fairly easily and can make decisions for the team.
- We need at least one (1) e-mail address for the coach or responsible party and would prefer to have two (2) e-mail addresses (different people) to send information and schedules.
